About

I am the owner of Kadies, a baking supply shop based in Fourways, Johannesburg. I enjoy dabbling in all things creative. Mostly my staff get to do the fun creative stuff, custom figurines, sugar and wafer flowers, assorted simple sugar art, and custom cakes. I have taught my staff the basics and they have taken those skills and grown them, providing the shop with whatever is ordered by our clients, now and again I get to play along with them, trying out new techniques in the various departments of our sugar art production line.
